Our knowledgeable estimators deal directly with clients to garner the vital information necessary for determining the complete scope of work. Of course, existing Aptus customers contact their specific Regional Associate directly when they encounter a new issue or maintenance need. We have staff around the country and a home office in Charlotte to ensure we’re never far when you need help.
Step Three: Engineering Department
Once they’ve gathered your info, Sales Associates reach out directly to the Engineering Department to coordinate a plan for your project. Our incredibly experienced engineers are the final word on changes to your plan, recommended materials, and coming up with first-time specs. Their collaboration with Sales ensures you always get a comprehensive picture of what your project entails before you ever sign on the dotted line.
Step Four: Procurement Specialists
In the meantime, Engineering provides a complete list of the materials your project would require to the Procurement Specialists at Aptus. They’ve spent years developing sources for the highest-quality materials at the best possible prices. Their involvement ensures the final estimate a customer receives is always competitive and complete. From here, your Sales/Estimation Specialist will put all the information the team has gathered into wat we call a “Bid Package.” They’ll discuss it in depth with you and you’ll then decide next steps.
Step Five: Field Operations
When you decide to move forward with Aptus and the job becomes contracted, your project makes its way to the Field Operations team. Operations takes over the scheduling, ordering, and delivery of all labor, materials, tools and equipment and then ensures a safe and efficient installation with the highest level of quality and workmanship. At the end of the day, it’s the Operations team who’s on the ground making sure the end-product exceeds your expectations.
